All orders will be cut with these specifications:
1 lb packages of ground beef
2-4 lb roasts
1 ¼” thick steaks
2 steaks per package ( if you would prefer 1 per package, please inquire and we will do our best to accommodate your preference)
All beef is wrapped in paper with a plastic layer underneath that protects the meat.
You have the option to request suet (fat) and offal which includes heart, liver, kidneys, oxtail and tongue. We will divvy up these add-ons as evenly as possible between orders (remember, there’s only one tongue per animal!). The weights from these add-ons will be added to your hanging weight total.
